Firewall, Intrusion Detection / Prevention Integration: When you are ready to fully integrate your corporate firewalls and / or your network intrusion detection / prevention technologies into InterSOC™ ESM, we are there to ensure the integration occurs quickly, seamlessly and efficiently.
Data Loss Prevention Integration (such as Vericept): Oour professional services team will enable greater value from your Vericept data loss prevention technology by integrating it into InterSOC™ ESM.
Threat Model Analysis: By building threat models based on the assets and interaction with those assets, our professional services team can design and implement various threat models within InterSOC™ ESM to ensure the threats to your business assets, no matter how complex they may be, are managed and acted on appropriate, in real-time.
Custom Consulting: Depending on the needs of our customers, our professional services team can accommodate most custom consulting requests not already outlined.

 

Education Services
Education is a critical component of any technological solution. Our product training is designed to give our customers the necessary skills and knowledge to design, implement and successfully manage their InterSOC™ ESM solution. There are two individual training courses offered by InterSOC™, both of which are designed such that every user of InterSOC™ ESM will benefit after completing these courses. Security Consulting

Most organizations staff according to business operation needs, but may lack the expertise for some levels of security response. Our security professionals can serve as an extension of internal staff to provide a high level of capability on demand including incident response assistance, research, forensics, penetration testing, assessment, application assessement, and code review.

InterSOC’s technical support services provides the necessary insurance to make sure your company receives prompt technical support based on your needs, not ours. Our technical support engineers also provide design and implementation services, thus providing you with consultants who know precisely how to make InterSOC™ ESM run efficiently, easy to manage and to maintain. InterSOC™ ESM technical support provides the following benefits:

• Telephone, email and web based support support
• Varying levels of response times, based on the needs of your business
• An online customer support forum and knowledge base

InterSOC™ ESM support programs provide the flexibility to make sure your needs are consistently met. InterSOC™ offers two levels of support for InterSOC™ ESM:

Standard Support – This support service offering provides for normal business hours technical support, Monday-Friday, from 9:00am – 6:00pm EST.

Premium Support – This support service offering provides advanced technical support with more consultative assistance. This option is ideal for organizations that want first priority response and extra consultative assistance.
